I’ve spent 18 years working in healthcare across various settings. With over a decade of experience as an RN in the ER and as a Nurse Practitioner with specialized wellness and aesthetic training, I believe in providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I’m passionate about ensuring my patients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered to invest in their own health and wellness.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockhurst University in 2008, and later completed my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from UT Arlington in 2021. My education and experience have fueled my commitment to staying current on evidence-based practices and emerging health trends.

I grew up in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and have lived in Austin, TX for the past nine years. As a former collegiate volleyball athlete, I prioritize a healthy, active lifestyle. I love exploring Austin’s parks and trails, joining sports and social clubs, and trying out new healthy recipes. For downtime, I enjoy hanging out with my dog Bruno, catching live music around the city, and tending to my growing collection of plants.

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently providing primary care and functional medicine. I have been in the nursing field for more than 13 years. Diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and managing patient care are my specialties. I am most passionate about patient-centered care, lifelong learning, advocating for policies and practices that improve patient outcomes, and leading with compassion. Caring for my own patients and collaborating with them about their care has been my goal since the beginning of my nursing career.

After receiving my bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain University, I immediately began my journey toward earning my Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. The most rewarding aspect of furthering my education—aside from earning my degrees—has been navigating complex systems, receiving a quality education, and staying focused on patient-centered care. I welcomed the challenges just as much as the rewards that came with the journey.

When I’m not providing medical care, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. I love reading books, traveling, and coffee shop hopping with family and friends.

I’m a third-generation medical professional, continuing a family legacy of compassionate care. I have a background in progressive care and emergency medicine as a registered nurse. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I’ve gained experience in urgent care, family medicine, functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and IV therapy. I promote a holistic approach to health and wellness, always keeping the patient at the center of care.

I received my undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2016, and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. I’m board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).

I emphasize patient education and enjoy empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health. I take pride in building lasting relationships with my patients and partnering with them to achieve their wellness goals.

I believe in a whole-person approach to health—combining medical innovation with natural, functional, and traditional therapies. I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Healr Health in Franklin, Tennessee, where I provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, I’m committed to building lasting relationships with my patients and helping them achieve their long-term health goals through compassionate and personalized care.

I earned my undergraduate degree in nursing from East Tennessee State University and went on to complete my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of North Alabama. My clinical interests is preventive medicine. I strive to create a supportive and approachable environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and engaged in their health journey.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me fishing, cheering on my son from the sidelines of a soccer field, or rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs on game day. I believe in balance—nurturing both professional growth and personal joy—and bring that same mindset to how I care for my patients.
